What Is Your Return Policy?
All sales are final. Be sure to read the entire listing and ask questions about the item(s) you're interested in before you place an order. If you receive defective goods, you must contact us for an RA # within 3 days of receipt (no returns will be accepted after 3 days so, please inspect your orders when you receive them). PLEASE NOTE: Wrong order shipped will be replaced at no charge upon return of wrong order within 5 days; after 5 days shipping charges will be your responsibility to return. Always inspect your order upon receipt/delivery. There is a 30% restocking fee on ALL other returns. Shipping charges are your responsibility (no refunds on shipping charges); both to you and back to us. Returns must be shipped in original packaging and be in resalable (unused) condition. Please don't send used or damaged merchandise back to us, return will be refused and no refund will be given; see Shipping Damage below and follow instructions............ Shipping Damage: All orders are thoroughly inspected during order picking. We package all our merchandise very well (lots of popcorn, bubble, filler and/or double boxed) but, sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Rarely does an item get damaged but, it has happened (only 3 times in 7 years). Again, we package very well to try to avoid this. In the event that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier, "it has to be claimed with that carrier". We can not be held liable/responsible for the actions of the freight carrier. Be sure to note any product and box damage immediately with the carrier and keep for their inspection. Any assistance from us that you need we will gladly provide. *In the 7 years we've been selling on-line only 3 shipping damages have been reported.

How Can I Pay For My Order?
We accept ALL major credit cards, debit cards and echecks through PayPal. PayPal offers 24 hour fraud surveillance and protection. All your credit card information is confidential through PayPal; we don't see anything other than that the order has been paid. Follow instructions during check out. We can also send you a PayPal invoice which has a link for payment. PayPal invoices are great if you order the same order or order multiple items as we can include a discount on them. Contact us if you'd prefer a PayPal invoice instead of placing an order through our website. Once payment clears our account your order will begin processing. NOTE: E-checks can take up to 5 business days to clear, please be aware if paying this way. Thank You for giving us the opportunity to serve you.

What Are Your Shipping Charges?
We offer very reasonable shipping charges on our site. The more you purchase the better shipping deal you'll receive. Be sure to take advantage and order more than one item. We use USPS and UPS shipping services. Shipping rates begin at $8.99 and is calculated in 2 lb. increments per Ecrater. Cost of shipping includes packaging material. We will let you know if shipping calculations were inaccurate as our website shipping charges are by weight but, doesn't take in account the size of some of our products and your location (this is especially true for our glass jars). If the cost is more we'll notify you and if it's less we'll refund. If you have any questions simply e-mail us with your order and address and we can calculate your total order cost. NOTE: We offer some listings with Special "FREE SHIPPING" too. Since these listings are not weight based, they will ship separately. When you shop for wholesale bottles you'll find we charge very reasonable prices on our products and offer a low Shipping charge. Don't be fooled by a lower initial listing price by some companies. How Soon Will I Receive My Order?
Once payment has been received and clears, your order will begin processing. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing can take 1-3 business days. We work very hard on filling all orders as quickly as possible as we know how important it is that you receive your orders ASAP. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your order from ecrater. Estimated delivery times: USPS shipping schedule AFTER processing time: delivery within 5-9 business days. UPS Ground shipping schedule AFTER processing time: 5-9 business days depending on your location. All delivery schedule estimates are dependent upon the carrier (we add a couple of days on to delivery times just in case of carrier delays; most orders are received within 4-8 business days). *Business days do not include holidays or weekends. NOTE: There could be delivery delays due to winter weather conditions; this is out of our control. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be entered the following business day. Orders placed on weekends will be entered the following Monday. If ordering multiple items, it's possible your order may ship in more than 1 box. No Minimum Orders, Processing Fee, Membership or Unexpected S&H Charges
We offer a no minimum order required policy and charge no membership or processing fees when you buy wholesale from us. You pay for the item and shipping & handling charge (see S&H fees) - nothing more. If you've shopped wholesale empty bottles before I'm sure you've found where some businesses have a minimum order and/or a processing fee and if it's not reached they add an extra charge to your order. Plus, when you go to check out, their shipping and handling charges are way more than you expected. We have never and won't charge those "Extra" charges to our customers. Just remember, the more you buy from our site the more you'll save. NOTE: When you order multiple items at one time you'll receive a SPECIAL DISCOUNT, refunded back to the card you paid with. How Will My Order Ship?
We ship our products using USPS and UPS carrier services. USPS will deliver to residences, businesses, PO Boxes and APO/FPO Military Boxes; small orders ship USPS. For large/heavier orders we use UPS Ground service. UPS won't deliver to PO, APO or FPO Boxes. Must be a deliverable address. Be sure to verify your "ship to address" during checkout. We won't be responsible for wrong addresses entered by customers. Don't forget to include Apt/Unit #'s. Customers, please be aware we recycle/reuse packaging materials. What If I Purchased An Item & It's Out Of Stock?
We are constantly restocking and updating our warehouse inventory. All orders are processed in the order they are received. If by some extremely small chance you purchased something that's temporarily out of stock due to actual sales, we will notify you ASAP and give you a choice of waiting for item (we will let you know how long restocking will be), ordering something else or refund your credit card right away via Paypal. If you ordered more than 1 item and the shipping weight changes to a lower shipping weight charge, that too will be credited back. The smallest quantity we sell is in 3 ct jars and 12 ct. of bottles. You can find most items in our 12 ct. category already. We are not responsible for the products you put in our bottles or any problems that may occur from the use of our bottles after putting your products in them. Due to the different combinations of ingredients, in particular active ingredients and essential oils, certain plastics may react poorly. Buyers are responsible for product and recipe testing to ensure compatibility and safety. No returns on used products. All of our bottles are new and unused coming directly from the manufacturer. They are stored in a warehouse setting; not a sterile environment.
